One on One Coaching
All in person and virtual training also includes diet coaching and exercise programs. After an in-depth initial assessment and goal setting session (free of charge) I will develop a training program that will deliver the results you want to see while making sure the body is moving and functioning in a healthy way. Many people want to loose weight but far less will realize when they have muscular imbalances or tight over used areas in the body that could potentially lead to injury down the road. By choosing exercises that will address both the weight lose goals and promote healthy movement patterns we can assure that when you do loose the weight you’ll be feeling better, strong and more agile then when you started.
Virtual Nutrition Coaching
Virtual nutrition coaching has been a huge success for many of my clients. Whether your goals are to gain muscle, loose fat, or anything in between a virtual coaching package will make sure that your diet aligns with all the hard work you put into exercise. We will use google sheets to track your eating habits and weight progression. From there we can make adjustments, avoid plateaus, and keep you healthy and strong. Typically I’ve see the best results from the All-In program because of the high level of accountability, but I’ve had clients find success with all three of the options.
Derby Method Exercise Programs
Derby Method exercise programs are designed on a case-by-case basis. We do not copy and paste programs because no two clients are alike. After an in-depth initial assessment and goal setting session (free of charge) I will develop a training program that will deliver the results you want to see while making sure the body is moving and functioning in a healthy way. During the assessment I’ll learn more about you and your lifestyle, what type of exercise equipment you have access to and what level of knowledge and experience you have working out. Based on that you’ll have a program you can feel safe and confident about. *A Warning* These programs do not come with additional support. I’m happy to stay in touch by email and will ALWAYS fix any technical issue you may have, but these programs are for people that are independent and motivated. All exercise programs will come with a mobility warm up, a training section, and a stretching cool down section.
